BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Infuse a fresh tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 5 – 10 minutes
2. Stir well to release all the herbs and flavours
3. Remove tea bag before drinking

 

SUGGESTIONS TO MAXIMISE TEA’S BENEFITS
– Use porcelain or glass cup and utensils
– Add a few drops of lemon and teaspoon of honey; this will improve the flavour
– Drink at room temperature
